As an affiliate partner and product recommendation site, Nexprintcare does not directly process payments, fulfill orders, or handle returns. All purchases made through links on this site are completed on the website of the retailer or brand partner you are redirected to. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims for any product you purchase are governed by the policy of the retailer where the transaction was completed.
Where to Submit a Return
To return a product you purchased through one of our links: identify the retailer where you completed the purchase (this will appear on your order confirmation email and the receipt); visit that retailer's returns page directly; follow their return process for refunds, exchanges, or replacements. Major retailers we link to typically offer between 14 and 90 days for returns, depending on the item category and the retailer's policy.
Common Retailer Return Windows (Reference Only)
As a general reference, here are the standard return windows of some major retailers we link to. These are subject to change and you should always check the retailer's current policy: Amazon — typically 30 days for most items; Best Buy — typically 15 days standard, 60 days for My Best Buy Total members; Walmart — typically 30 to 90 days depending on category; Manufacturer direct (HP, Brother, Canon, Epson) — typically 30 days plus manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products featured on this site come with a manufacturer warranty that is separate from the retailer's return policy. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim process are determined by the manufacturer. Warranty details for each product are available on the manufacturer's website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact the retailer immediately. Most retailers have expedited processes for damaged-on-arrival items, often beyond their standard return window. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Service Fees
If you have engaged us for an installation, setup, or consulting service (separate from product purchases), the refund policy for that specific service will be stated in the service agreement provided to you in writing before the service begins.
